Overview
Endorsements are special conditions (in text paragraphs) that are added during the quote preparation (either new or in edit) process. In a quote you might set multiple endorsements lists relating them to different coverage perspectives or different cover sub-products.
Endorsement Libraries List
To access endorsements, click Underwriting on the left sidebar and from the drop down menu select Endorsements.
In the new window you will see the list of endorsement libraries. Each library can have the following statuses:
- Active - the library can be included in a quote.
- Canceled - the library is not usable anymore.
- Draft - the library has just been created and cannot be used yet.
Under the library name, there is written description (if present) and the product name in uppercase.
Also, each library row contains the View button where the adjacent number shows how many endorsements are in the library.
